I work mainly online with clients, but do have some capacity to meet clients in person in Dublin.
My normal office hours are 10am - 8pm (Monday - Thursday).
Meetings are 50 minutes.
About me and my therapy practice
I have over 20 years experience working with people to overcome problems, such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety / OCD, addictions and trauma.
I have extensivley trained in and utilise mindfulness based CBT therapies, including, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP).
Practice description
Empowering people to free themselves from unhelpful and limiting thinking and beliefs, become more self-compassionate and move towards living richer and more meaningful lives is a central value of mine.What I can help with
