About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced, professionally qualified (MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy) and Íø±¬ÃÅ Accredited integrative relational counsellor and psychotherapist providing support to adults, couples and adolescents (14+).
I offer a safe, calm space in which to explore thoughts and feelings which may be causing distress. As an integrative psychotherapist, I blend different theories and approaches to suit your specific needs and work collaboratively with you to help understand potentially overwhelming feelings, patterns of behaviour and ways of relating to others that may have become unhelpful. It is a shared process to bring about change.
I am also a trained couples therapist and use an integrative approach influenced by Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method and Esther Perel.
I have worked at the Richmond Royal Hospital (Mind), KCA (addiction support), Place2Be and in private practice with clients from many different backgrounds and cultures and offer short and long term therapy, depending on your individual needs.
I am committed to providing high standards of therapy and continually invest in my own development and learning. As an accredited member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ I abide by their code of ethics and have regular clinical supervision and attend CPD events.
Qualifications include:
MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (Distinction), University of Roehampton
Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups
