About me and my therapy practice

Hi, Thank you for looking at my profile. I understand choosing a therapist can be difficult.

I am a person centred integrative counsellor, meaning I draw on different techniques. This enables me to tailor your therapeutic journey to suit your needs, while working at your pace.

I have a wealth of life experience, and have worked in a women鈥檚 refuge supporting clients with issues around domestic abuse and sexual violence.

I have also volunteered in several services, working with issues around anxiety, loss and addiction.

Practice description

I offer a safe, confidential, non judgmental environment. Counselling takes place in my cozy home based work space.

My first session

Your first session is a no obligation opportunity, to meet with me and explore the possibility of further sessions. This also incorporates an assessment. This is charged at my standard rate.
