About me and my therapy practice
I have over 25 years experience of counselling adults, children and young people in the voluntary sector, the NHS and in private practice. I am also a qualified and experienced Family Therapist and Play Therapist.
I aim to provide a safe, confidential space for individuals and families to explore their issues and find their own solutions. I enjoy working with difference, diversity and across cultures. I offer an lgbtq+ affirmative practice. I am mostly working online currently and have limited face to face appointments.
My first session
I offer a free half hour introductory online session to see if we are a good fit.
