About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life feels heavy or confusing. You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, anger, addiction, loss or relationship difficulties. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma or illness, or just want to understand yourself better. Whatever your reason for seeking help, you don’t have to face it alone.
Therapy offers space to pause, make sense of things, and see yourself with fresh eyes. I’m a psychodynamic therapist and registered Íø±¬ÃÅ member, offering a safe, supportive space to explore what’s been shaping your life. Together, we’ll work towards greater understanding, confidence and ease.

Practice description
As a psychodynamic therapist, I help you explore how past experiences and relationships influence your present life. While we can’t change the past, we can understand it differently — and in doing so, find new ways of living well.
This process often brings more clarity, compassion and confidence, helping you feel more grounded and able to handle life’s challenges with greater resilience.
My first session
Our first session is a gentle starting point — a chance to talk about what’s brought you here and what you hope for. It’s also an opportunity to experience what therapy with me feels like and decide whether you’d like to continue.
The session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at my usual rate, but if you choose not to proceed, the fee will be waived.
