About me and my therapy practice

I’m a psychotherapist working with men online and in person. My approach gets beneath the surface—examining the patterns that quietly shape your life—to help create clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

I work with people navigating personal and professional challenges, as well as individuals struggling with burnout, stress, and the pressures of leadership. I also support start-up founders managing uncertainty and high-performance demands, alongside individuals exploring identity, relationships, and well-being. With a background in therapy and business, I understand the demands of leadership, decision-making, and high-responsibility roles.

Therapy provides a space where you feel truly seen and heard. Our past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, often in ways we don’t fully recognise. Many people are drawn to leadership and entrepreneurship because of early attachment wounds or past trauma. The relentless demands of running a business can feel familiar—offering control, purpose, and drive—yet often lead to exhaustion and unsustainable stress. When work becomes central to identity, stepping back can feel difficult, reinforcing cycles of burnout and emotional strain.

I integrate psychodynamic insight with a practical focus on managing the emotional and psychological demands of work and business. Therapy helps uncover unconscious patterns shaping your professional and personal life while exploring how past experiences influence work habits and relationships. It provides a space to examine the emotional toll of leadership while developing healthier ways to manage stress and maintain balance. Our work is collaborative, allowing for deeper self-awareness, emotional processing, and the opportunity to challenge limiting patterns to cultivate more authentic and sustainable ways of living and working.

Practice description

You’re the one everyone relies on—capable, composed, always pushing through. But high-functioning doesn’t mean unbreakable. You might look like you have it all together, yet beneath the surface, stress, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion take their toll. I’m a psychotherapist with 12 years of experience, helping people like you navigate the weight of responsibility and find a healthier way forward."

I work with people facing personal and professional challenges, including directors, business owners, and start-up founders managing high-pressure demands. I also support LGBT individuals exploring identity, relationships, and well-being. If you’re used to handling everything alone, therapy offers a space where you don’t have to.

Many high-functioning people push through stress until it becomes unsustainable. Work can offer control and purpose but also reinforce burnout and emotional strain. I integrate deep psychological insight with practical strategies to help you uncover patterns, manage pressure, and create a more balanced, authentic way of living and working.
