About me and my therapy practice
• Experience: 21 years working with children, young people, and young adults (ages 11–30). I have successfully supported many young people in schools, colleges, and universities over the past 21 years.
• Specialisms: Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, school/college stress/university difficulties, and bereavement, emotionally or anxiety based school avoidance, adverse life experiences, relationship difficulties and difficulties that affect everyday life in and out of education. I can also offer support for parents whose child is suffering any of these difficulties.
• Approach: I offer a pluralistic, person-centred approach tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. My practice values collaboration, understanding, and empowerment.
• Currently only able to offer online or telephone sessions

Qualifications and Professional Memberships
• Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ)
• Qualified Counsellor - PhD in Mental Health, MA in Counselling, BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling
• Additional training in trauma-informed care, solution focused therapy, short-term and long-term therapy.
