I have 20 years of experience supporting young people and young adults through life's challenges. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions, managing transitions, experiencing a difficult situation, or feeling stuck, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work toward positive change. My approach integrates various therapeutic techniques, always prioritising what feels most helpful and meaningful for you.
Qualifications and Professional Memberships
• Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ)
• Qualified Counsellor - PhD in Mental Health, MA in Counselling, BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling
• Additional training in trauma-informed care, solution focused therapy, short-term and long-term therapy.
