About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited counsellor and EMDR therapist with over 20 years of experience working therapeutically; I work with individual adults and young people aged 13+
I have worked in the charity sector for over 16 years specialising as a trauma therapist; working with people who have experienced traumatic events, sexual violence, abuse, complex mental health as well as more general life struggle.
I provide an empathic and collaborative approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and as such I aim to create an environment that supports and empowers you; providing a safe place to help get you to a breakthrough, a different way of thinking, or to help guide you through a process of healing.
