About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Edinburgh where I offer in person and online psychotherapy and counselling. My psychotherapy training is based in Transactional Analysis, however I draw upon and integrate different approaches into my work. My philosophy is to work with the individual person and tailor my approach according to an individual's needs and issues.
Most recently I trained with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology in psychosexual therapy. I have a particular interest in working with compulsive sexual behaviour, which was the subject of my masters thesis in 2017. I am currently involved in a collaborative written project on the subject of working with compulsive sexual behaviour.
