About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for adults and young people. I possess a versatile and holistic approach which enables me to incorporate techniques and knowledge from the psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, NVR and systemic approaches. This combination allows for a highly personalized and effective therapeutic experience, as I can adapt my approach based on your unique circumstances and goals.
My lived experience of adversity and mental health challenges, makes me an extremely empathic non-judgemental clinician. I am well informed and trained in neurodiversity and disability. I believe in the individuals growth and healing capacity through therapeutic interventions. I can emphatically say that I have found my job to be my calling, my vocation and my passion.
As my client you will benefit from a combination of highly acquired skills, knowledge and experienc to help you acquire the tools you require in your personal and individual journey.
You don't have to go through distress alone, and there is support available to help you navigate challenging, confusing or painful times and to move towards finding meaning, emotional healing and well-being.
