About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified clinical supervisor. I offer in-person or online supervision to experienced, new counsellors, and trainee counsellors who work with children and adults.
I believe we all need a space to reflect, a space where we feel accepted, understood, and supported. This will hopefully enable you to gain a deeper awareness of the therapeutic work you do with others and grow your therapeutic practice.
I have over 13 years of experience in counselling. I have worked with The Place2Be as an Assistant School Project Manager (ASPM), where I provided weekly supervision to our volunteer counsellors. I have worked as a bereavement counsellor and as a therapist working with children who have experienced and/ or witnessed domestic violence.
I currently run a counselling and play therapy service in West London. Working with children and adults who live and/ or attend school in the North Kensington area. I am also a trainee family therapist at West London Action for Children.
I am also a support worker, supporting adult clients with neurological conditions such as dementia or who have suffered from a traumatic brain injury.
I offer a free initial telephone or online consultation. Please contact me by email to arrange an initial consultation.
Supervision is offered in-person or online (Doxy, Microsoft Teams).
Thank you for reading my profile. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I hope that supervision will be a collaborative and creative space for you to grow and develop your therapeutic practise
What you share with me about your clients is confidential. I do discuss my work with supervisees in my supervision; if I discuss my work with you I will not reveal any details that would compromise your client’s identity or your identity (unless required to by your training organisation). About me and my therapy practice
The therapy
When someone decides to come to therapy, it may not have been an easy decision. However, it is an important one: you have now decided you want to make a change.
What might bring a person to therapy could be interruptions to the enjoyment of the big and little moments in life: past trauma, bereavement or loss, low self-esteem, procrastination, and relationships (past/ present). There are many other reasons; there is no fixed list. Whatever has led someone to seek therapy is an acknowledgement that the issue(s) can no longer be ignored.
About me
I provide therapy for Children (4-18) and Adults 19+. I am currently training at The Tavistock Clinic to work with individuals, families, couples and organisations.
My therapeutic work with children is based on a combination of play therapy and talk therapy. Each session is primarily led by the child or young person, using whichever medium they feel most comfortable with (e.g., art, sand tray). Sessions can be time-limited, with several planned sessions recommended, up to a maximum of 6 sessions, or open-ended.
I have experience offering support to adults (and their families) who are living with neurological conditions (such as Dementia, Huntington's Disease, Alzheimer's) and traumatic brain injuries.
I have worked with The Place2Be as an Assistant School Project Manager and counsellor, and volunteered for various organisations, including as a bereavement counsellor and a therapist for a domestic intervention programme.
I am committed to my therapeutic work, supporting others in building resilience, emotional well-being, and good mental health. I do not often give advice; I am there to explore options and provide support to help make positive decisions and changes.
My personal and professional experience has shown me the value of compassion. No one's story is the same. I believe we all need a space to reflect, a space where we feel accepted, understood, and supported.
Practice description
How I work
I use a client-centred approach. I believe that the core conditions of empathy, respect, unconditional positive regard, and non-judgmental behaviour are essential foundations for any human relationship.
Therapy can help us face the difficulties that may be holding us back. Therapy isn't perfect, it’s not prescribed, and it can be challenging.
Knowing yourself is a lifetime’s work and a great challenge for everyone. Our past experiences can significantly impact our resilience in times of distress or life-changing events. This can then affect our coping mechanisms and how we manage our relationships, both within ourselves and with others. During therapy, working through the challenges can help rebuild resilience and emotional well-being.
The focus of our work together stems from what you bring to your sessions - past or present. Sessions can also be solution-focused if there is a particular area in your life that is causing concern.
Therapy cannot alter what has happened in your past, but it can help you repair past experiences and change negative thought patterns and feelings. Therapy can make a significant difference in your life now and in the future.
Please send an email if you would like more information or to book an initial consultation.
