I work in an Integrative, Trauma-Informed and relational way and offer intervention using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory and Trauma-informed interventions. I have worked largely with anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, generat鈥�

I am a qualified integrative humanistic counsellor trained in  Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and person-centred.  I am also an accredited iRest practitioner (integrative restoration), which is a form of self-inquiry which reduces PTSD, depression, 鈥�
