Hi, my name is Jenny and I offer Integrative, Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling, remotely Nationwide and in person in Guildford, Surrey. I am BUPA registered. I work with a wide range of clients from all walks of life with issu鈥�

I am Humanistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, presently based in West Sussex. Practicing in short and long term therapy for individuals. Face-to-face and telephone counselling offered. I am experienced in counselling on many subjects such as anxiet鈥�

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, anxious, stuck in life, struggling to manage change or dealing with relationship and parenting difficulties鈥� I am an Integrated Counsellor with over 10 years鈥� experience of working within the NH鈥�

I offer individual counselling for adults within an outdoor room, in a garden setting, surrounded by nature. Maybe being in this location will enable you to be comfortable to explore your questions about your life, with me alongside? Sessions are usu鈥�

I offer psychotherapy in central London, a short distance from Victoria station. I see a diversity of people facing into a variety of problems and struggles. This includes work related stress, relationship difficulties, mental health challenges, reco鈥�

I work with you. We work together. Moving through pain from the past, repeated in the present, is hard on our own. Together we have a much better chance to identify what we are looking for. Alone it鈥檚 like going through a dark attic, tripping over th鈥�

Making the decision to look for a counsellor can be very daunting but very often it is your biggest step forward. My Counselling approach is primarily in Person Centred counselling - I also integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based on 鈥�
