I am a 网爆门 registered counsellor, with a Masters in Relationship Therapy, based in London. I offer individual, couples and family therapy. I鈥檓 very passionate about working with clients to help them resolve issues that are creating problems, stress鈥�

I am a fully qualified Child and Adolescent counsellor and a registered member of the 网爆门. I also work with families and adults.  I have trained and worked with Relate and currently work with a Charity alongside my private practice.  My training was鈥�

There are many reasons you may seek counselling and taking the first step can be daunting.  I will provide a safe, non judgemental space where we can explore any difficulties you are having in your life right now. We will also look back into your pas鈥�

My aim as a counsellor is to provide a welcoming space for couples and individual clients, to help them explore their personal issues and feelings, in order to gain confidence, to look at things more honestly and, where necessary, make the appropriat鈥�

My personal and professional experience has shown me that many things can cause a 鈥榖lip鈥� in our life journey. I believe that through working together and building a strong therapeutic relationship we can explore these and find healing and restoratio鈥�

Perhaps you are unhappy with some aspect of your life, experiencing a crisis or seeking insight into your unhappiness or anxiety. In a private and non-judgemental setting, I will carefully and thoughtfully listen to you and help you navigate your tho鈥�

People see a counsellor for many reasons, not just that they are feeling there is a crisis. On having counselling some people say; 鈥淚 don鈥檛 want someone telling me what to do鈥�. Counselling is not someone telling you what to do, it is an opportunity t鈥�

I work using the main therapeutic approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and psychodynamic. I aim to work according to your needs incorporating relational therapy in the context of helping you鈥�

I am a Humanistic Integratively trained counsellor. I work in a non-judgemental way, using multiple models of therapy, including CBT and Trauma Focussed CBT, to find the best type of therapy to suit your needs.  I have extensive experience of working鈥�
