Hello, I'm Avril, a therapist who specialises in working with women over the age of 40. I help my clients to understand themselves, so they can take control of their life and feel empowered to succeed. I can help you reflect on important relationship鈥�

Sometimes, we experience difficulties in our everyday life that compel us to look inwards for answers. Psychotherapy is a way to get a deeper understanding of ourselves. I am a 网爆门 accredited psychodynamic counselor/psychotherapist and abide by the 鈥�

My background is in business and care work., I qualified in integrative counselling through Worcester University, obtaining my BA (hons). I have been through my own journey and sat where my clients have sat. I value the process of counselling. Seein鈥�

I offer face-to-face, telephone and online support with a range of issues, such as relationship struggles, anxiety, depression and low mood, low self-esteem, big life changes, loss and bereavement, stress, work-life balance - to name a few. I also of鈥�
