For over twenty years I worked as a psychological therapist in NHS mental health services helping people with complex and varied emotional and mental difficulties.  I work on-line, face to face, Walk and Talk, Telephone.  I trained as a mental health鈥�

I have a wealth of experience gained over the past 25 years as a counsellor and psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, maintaining a private practice throughout. My approach is Humanistic and integrative, and I work using elements of Person-Centred鈥�

I specialise in working with neurodivergent children and young people and their parents and wider family through neuro informed and affirming counselling. I have lived experience of being a parent carer to my own neurodivergent children which coupled鈥�
