Sometimes we perhaps need someone to talk to who is not a friend or family member. I will provide a safe space to do this, and will help you understand things better. Therapy can be like decluttering a messy cupboard, we will take everything out, tid鈥�

I hold a BA in Psychology and trained as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist at CCPE (2000-2005 MA degree), in London. On the back of the course, I trained as an EMDR Practitioner (under Alexandra Richman).  I offer support and exploration from a holisti鈥�

I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist, registered and accredited with the British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists (网爆门). I currently work for the NHS, as well as privately for a bereavement charity. Prior to these roles I have鈥�

There is hope even if your brain tells you there isn't, and it is my job as a counsellor to help you see it. It is usually buried somewhere under layers of shame, self-criticism and feeling not good enough. We will work together to help you feel a de鈥�

I am a trained and qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, with 7 years professional experience working with a diverse range of clients across a wide range of mental health problems. I am open, easy to talk to and empathetic, allowing you to gain trust 鈥�

I counsel young people (13+) and adults to help 鈥渏oin the dots鈥� and feel more confident to make challenging life choices. Face to face or online, I work with a wide range of issues specifically anxiety, abuse, school and relationship difficulties. Ov鈥�

I believe that when given the best circumstances, each one of us can live a happy, fulfilled life. I also believe that at times life puts barriers in our way that prevents people from achieving this, when that happens, it can be hard to put things in鈥�
