Early or current messages that our thoughts, feelings, or actions are somehow 'not right,' cause a lasting and oftentimes devastating impact on our adult lives. I am particularly passionate about helping people who feel like an 'other', those who exp鈥�

Counselling provides you  with the opportunity to explore whatever is going on for you, in a confidential, safe environment. This is a time in which your deepest concerns are heard with values of care, support and respect. As your counsellor,  I list鈥�

I offer an integrative style of counselling which means I don鈥檛 agree that one size fits all, I believe that counselling should be tailored to each individual, using techniques that will work best for you. I provide a safe and non-judgemental environ鈥�

At present, all sessions are by Zoom or by phone. I am an integrative, relational psychotherapist. Whatever your challenges, I believe that healing and transformation can occur within therapy when someone is alongside you to help make sense of them. 鈥�
