Life can throw a lot at us, and sometimes we all need a little help to navigate through it. I work with children, teenagers, parents, and adults to tackle challenges, find balance, and gain the clarity needed to move forward. Counselling and psychoth鈥�

My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�

Sometimes in life we can feel like something just isn't right, which can be troubling and upsetting, leaving us to feel lost. Speaking to a counsellor can help us to better understand these feelings. I appreciate that deciding to come along for couns鈥�
