I provide professional online counselling and psychotherapy. Some face to face appointments are available in the Weymouth locality. I hold qualifications to degree and post degree level including; BA (Hons) Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherap鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor with an extensive background helping individuals to learn how to talk about their mental health.  The person centred approach is at the heart of my practice which means I will offer you a safe non-judgmental space to鈥�

I also have extensive experience in organising and providing individual and group on site Critical Incident Support.
