My model of working is Person Centred, putting you at the heart of the process.  You are autonomous and you choose what you would like to share and talk about. I offer online, telephone and face-to-face counselling.

I am a person-centred counsellor with a warm and friendly approach. I will be there to listen and help you explore your feelings, past experiences and help you understand more about yourself. It sometimes helps having someone you can trust to talk to鈥�
