Welcome! My name is Kirsten and I am a UKCP accredited, Integrative Psychotherapist, in Finsbury Park, North London. Life can be difficult, and the stories we tell ourselves can often limit and block us in leading the life we truly want to lead. As a鈥�

I provide a confidential and safe environment to explore your concerns on a short and long basis.  After a short telephone conversation I offer a short meeting for up to 15 minutes free of charge to meet me and to view the therapy room.  Please leave鈥�

Choosing a therapist can seem overwhelming which is why I offer a free 15-minute chat to help us both decide if we're a good fit to work together before making an appointment for our first session. I provide support for people from a wide range of ba鈥�

I hold a MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling (from the University of Leeds). As an integrative counsellor I draw on a number of theories in my practice including Relational Psychoanalysis, Person Centred Therapy, Existentialism, Attachment Theory, Tr鈥�
