Hi, welcome to my profile. I am a fully qualified Humanistic, Gestalt therapist with a wealth of experience  working with children and  young adults as I worked in primary and secondary schools for 30 years. Additionally,  I supported adults throu鈥�

Sometimes life can throw up some challenging and difficult times, or there maybe a time in your past that you have carried with you that's been surfacing recently or holding you back from what or where you deserve to be in life. Maybe you have been e鈥�

I have a passion for young people鈥檚 mental health and have worked with young people for over 10 years. I work primarily with those aged 13-26 years old.I also have a thriving private practice where I work with a mix of 18 and under,  and 18 and over.鈥�

My background prior to training as a counsellor was in nursing and whilst satisfying on many levels did not allow time to address the psychological and emotional distress of patients. This motivated me to explore training as a counsellor and followin鈥�

Whoever you are, whatever you are bringing 鈥� you can be yourself with me. I offer a non-judgmental, warm, and safe environment to explore life鈥檚 challenges. I am described by others in the therapy room as kind, gentle, pragmatic, honest and construc鈥�
