I am an experienced trauma informed somatic counsellor and clinical supervisor working with adults and adolescents. Helping with relationships, trauma, depression, self harm, anxiety, abuse, and more.  I have experience of working within a primary an鈥�

Issues that I work with include depression, low self-esteem, stress and burnout, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, family issues including narcissistic abuse. I have a background in mental health nursing and my work has also extended to those who hav鈥�
