I am a graduate qualified, accredited integrative counsellor with over 20 years experience. I also have CBT qualification at masters level, and advanced training for trauma work.  I  also have a qualification in couple counselling. I have attended co鈥�

I am an experienced psychotherapist, trauma informed therapist, EMDR therapist, therapeutic counsellor,  couples therapist and clinical supervisor. I have been work with individuals who have common (mild to moderate) and severe mental health difficul鈥�

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can be heard without judgment and at your own pace. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred Experiential Therapy, which means I work relationally鈥攇ently supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings, 鈥�

I specialize in anxiety counselling (social anxiety, health anxiety, relationship anxiety, work related anxiety) and OCD, sessions take place in London and online.  I also specialize trauma counselling, PTSD and complex PTSD as well as assisting indi鈥�

My approach to therapy consists of integrating theories to offer a unique approach to each client. I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space for clients to bring whatever they wish. I am influenced by unconscious, attachment and trauma theories, specifical鈥�
