  I am a fully qualified, Therapist (BA Hons) . I am also trained and employed by the charity Relate as a relationship counsellor. I think that life can change in an instance and it did for me. I discovered therapy later in life, after a professional鈥�

Counselling is a process of Self-Discovery. I view each Client as an individual and as a result of my training in Integrative Counselling I have the skills necessary to modify my therapeutic approach to suit the specific needs of each Client.  I offe鈥�

Why Counselling? The things that draw people to counselling are many and varied and include bereavement, over-arching sadness, anxiety, haunting memories, behavioural struggles, work stress, relational difficulties, difficult thoughts and feelings, a鈥�

Reaching out for help and support can be a difficult first step to take. You may feel overwhelmed and need help knowing where to turn. At such a time it is important that you find the person that is right for you. I provide a safe, supportive, open a鈥�

I am a warm and thoughtful, qualified 网爆门 therapeutic counsellor with an integrative approach. I offer supportive and non-judgmental counselling for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges and will work collaboratively with you to sup鈥�

  I work with adults, face to face in a person centred way. I offer a safe confidential space, where I will listen to you without judgement, accepting you as a person of infinite value and worth. My aim is to journey alongside you, to support and ena鈥�

My fee is £50 per counselling session with some genuine concessions available i.e.students. I am 网爆门 registered member with a degree and diploma in counselling including many years experience in this field. I offer early morning, daytime and evening鈥�
