I have trained in an integrative model.  This means that whilst we may well talk about how things were for you in the past, including your childhood, we will also look at how it is impacting you now.  When we think about your childhood, we will focus鈥�

The most common 5 words I hear in in the therapy room are 鈥測ou must think I鈥檓 crazy鈥� I never do! If you are feeling it; it is valid. What can sometimes happen is feelings get confused with facts. I will sit with you while you explore those things and鈥�
