The purpose of my work is to create a therapeutic working alliance that provides an empathic open, honest, and non-judgemental environment. The combination of these elements enables clients to explore their feelings and emotions in a safe and confide鈥�

I am a CBT therapist who draws on techniques informed by other therapies as appropriate, so you receive a personalised experience, based on what you need. I have a particular interest in working with people who want to feel more confident, feel happi鈥�

I am an Integrative Counsellor based in Enniskillen. Being 鈥榠ntegrative鈥� enables me to use various approaches and techniques that are best suited for you. Whilst I am primarily 鈥楶erson-Centred鈥�, I also use 鈥楥BT鈥� and 鈥楶sychodynamic鈥� approaches.
