I am a solutions focused Therapist. This means I work with you to help you to find ways of coping with loss, fear, anxiety, and other feelings, so that you can deal with day to day life and find yourself again. Each person is different, so I work wit鈥�

I am an integrated therapist, which means I have different ways I can support you, so if something isn鈥檛 working, or hasn鈥檛 previously worked, we can use that information to guide our sessions. I also work with individuals and relationship/ couples w鈥�
