Hi, I'm Jo. I offer a calm and non-judgemental therapeutic space to explore who you are, your distress and worries, and what you are struggling with.  I work in a way informed by how the mind and body responds to trauma, threat, anxiety and stress. I鈥�

As well as general counselling I also offer psychosexual and relationship therapy. Both for individuals and couples and groups. My training is based on the integrative homeodynamic model which is a humanistic model of psychosexual therapy. It鈥檚 a mod鈥�
