Hi, my name is Caroline, and as a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, I know and understand entirely that finding a therapist that you would like to feel comfortable and safe with, so you can explore and make sense of all you want and need to, can鈥�

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, with a number of years of experience working within the NHS, charity and private sectors. I trained at the Tavistock Centre and I am a member of Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists as well as a m鈥�

When a child or young person comes to see me, they and their family might be at their wits鈥� end, feeling lost, angry, fearful and out of control. They may feel misunderstood and alone, or that something is wrong with them. This can have a big impact 鈥�
