Hey, I'm a psychotherapist working online. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I use different therapy methods, such as EMDR, that will help with your process. My speciality is working with trauma, specifically childhood and sexual trauma.鈥�

As a person centred therapist I will always work in a way where, ultimately, I believe 鈥測ou know what is right for you鈥�. I will always be guided by you and we will work with what feels right for you.  The most important part of therapy is my relation鈥�

I have been working as a therapist now for 30 years and a clinical supervisor for 16. I have experience of working in education and in the voluntary sector and in Private Practice for 16 years My initial training was in an integrative/relational mode鈥�

Prior to training as a Counsellor I worked for many years at Humberside Police (and since qualifying as a Counsellor have worked a lot with emergency services employees). Alongside this, my hobby and interest was in health and fitness. I worked in he鈥�
