As an experienced, qualified and professional therapist, I offer one to one counselling for a wide range of issues. My areas of specialism are loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, cultural and identity issues and sexual abuse.  Therapy is tailo鈥�

I offer leading edge psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy and cognitive therapy.  I work with individuals and people looking for relationship work. I specialise in therapies and strategies to help anxiety.   I have additional training working alongsi鈥�

I am a qualified integrative therapist working mainly with a Person Centred and Psychodynamic counselling approach. I welcome clients presenting  with various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, domestic abuse鈥�

Child and Adolescent Counsellor and Psychotherapist I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy to children and teenagers on a short or long term basis. I provide young people a safe and supportive space to think about their emotions and their experiences.

I offer a therapy based primarily upon the person-centred approach but also utilise a range of other skills from other approaches such as CBT, TA, Gestalt and also I.E.M.T. and I always approach my work with empathy, congruence and understanding of t鈥�
