Welcome! My name is Mari and I鈥檓 founder of Nesting Mind Therapy - Specialist Perinatal Therapy for Mums. I鈥檓 a 网爆门 registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in maternal mental health and I help women in all stages of matrescence from pre鈥�

Our emotions are designed to keep us safe. However, our minds don鈥檛 always respond the way we would like to, with many of us struggling to manage depression and/or anxiety. Sometimes presenting challenges in our relationships and other areas of our l鈥�

I have 25 years experience listening to people and supporting them with emotional difficulties and I work as a psychodynamic psychotherapist which means that helping you is based in a relationship between us. An initial session or two should be enoug鈥�
