I am an integrative psychotherapist and I utilise different approaches to support you on your individual journey. My training in psychotherapy allows me to work with you at greater depth, perhaps looking at the underlying causes of an issue or workin鈥�

I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapist and qualified 12 years ago.  This means I have studied a broad range of theories and can offer differing approaches, according to what might best help the client.   I am also a single mum with an adult son diag鈥�
