Hello and welcome! I am an experienced integrative counsellor working with adults and young people (16 plus) offering a confidential and compassionate space to explore, amongst other issues: Stress/Anxiety Bereavement Depression Relationship problems鈥�

My personal journey into counselling started nearly a decade ago now and has seen me transition from the corporate world of work, marketing and communications to a world of words, thoughts and feelings.

I've worked as a qualified counsellor  since 1995 in the NHS, voluntary & charitable sector and in private practice. I'm happy to offer a free brief intro chat by phone to help you decide if you'd like to meet. I am neurodivergence and gender affirmi鈥�
