I work in a person-centred way. I cover different theorists that are bespoke to your individual needs. Such as CBT or Transaction alyalsis.

I have been practicing as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist for 5 years, during this time I have worked with a diverse client base in a variety of settings.  I am qualified to degree level and am experienced in working with Adults, Childr鈥�
