I have over 30 years experience of working with individuals and couples. My approach is integrative and recognises a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimension and I consider all those in my work. When appropriate and with consent, I use hyp鈥�

I offer both short-term (6-12 sessions) and longer term therapy. I work by looking at what鈥檚 going on now, and also what early childhood was like, as there are often links between early difficulties and family problems and how adults are now coping. 鈥�
