Hi, I'm David and I'm a person-centred counsellor, sometimes life can be overwhelming, we can feel anxious, depressed, stressed or that there's something 'just not right'. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you are free to explore the things t鈥�

My main counselling approach is person centred and my training enables me to use a range of techniques to support you in a safe space, where you can be talk and be heard without fear of judgement. I work empathically with my clients, with the aim of 鈥�

Counselling can be sought for many reasons and I believe a close supportive collaboration between therapist and client is of great importance to a successful outcome. Whilst the process of counselling is not about offering advice, it is compassionate鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor, this means I am qualified in various therapies, this allows myself to work with you and vary approaches to suit you and to enhance your counselling sessions. My expertise lays in helping people explore their issues, as鈥�

Counselling provides the opportunity to think and feel about difficulties and challenges in your life. It gives the times and space to heal and grow through a relationship that allows you to explore problems and discover how you emotionally navigate 鈥�
