I have always had a great interest in counselling which led me on to starting my counselling career in 2006. 鈥� I work as a Person-Centred counsellor and EMDR therapist within Catterick Garrison, Richmond and surrounding areas. Person-centred counsell鈥�

You may experience a period when things feel overwhelming. In such circumstances, it can be challenging to find the right support. You may be struggling with life transitions, anxiety, loneliness or low mood. You may feel stuck, hopeless, worthless, 鈥�

Life can feel very over whelming at times, and perhaps you are feeling stuck and don鈥檛 know how to move forward. You may feel embarrassed or a burden about sharing these issues with friends and family. My name is Eileen and I offer counselling that 鈥�
