Hello, I'm Claire. I offer supportive, empathic, friendly and confidential online counselling and psychotherapy. I have many years of experience in working with adults and young people. 鈥∕y approach isn't rigid - it focusses on you and your specific 鈥�

I offer short or long term talking therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I work in-person at Feel Good Balham, online or walk and talk sessions on Tooting Common. I can also offer text or email therapy and I also offer 30, 60 or 90 minute Single Se鈥�

Personal:  Born in the UK of working class parents, I was brought up in a Hindu Bengali Brahmin family, which valued education (even for girls!), culture, justice, faith and an open mind to make sense of the world. Now in my 50s, with an earlier care鈥�
