Adults For therapy to work you have got to feel safe and get on with your therapist. I am a big believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship and as such my clients tend to feel valued, relaxed and seen and treated like the normal human being鈥�

I offer both short term counselling for a specific issue you may wish to address, and longer term therapy, providing emotional support to help you through what may be a difficult period in your life. The fee I currently charge is between £75-£95 per 鈥�
