About me I have worked in the National Health Service (NHS) for over thirty years as a health professional, I have been trained in both mental and physical health and wellbeing. I have experience of working with clients with a wide range of problems 鈥�

I offer a free half-hour introductory session to see if we are a good match and would work well together. A good connection is the most reliable predictor of effective therapy and it is hard to gauge this without meeting. I am an integrative therapis鈥�
