I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Chorlton, South Manchester, offering in person, online and walk and talk sessions for both individuals and couples. You may be struggling with a specific issue or pattern of behaviour and know already wh鈥�

I am an experienced and Accredited EMDR practitioner. I am also a qualified therapist (Transactional Analysis) and Social work (Child protection & Adult mental health). I currently work in both private practice and as an EMDR therapist within the NHS鈥�

Sometimes life can be hard, lonely, challenging or lacking in purpose. When we reach a point where life gets even tougher, we just need another human being to be with us. I am impartial and can share in your experiences whilst encouraging being more 鈥�

My approach to therapy is friendly, respectful & totally non-judgemental. Primarily, I use an Integrative Therapy based on the TTM (Transtheoretical Model of Change), which is grounded (among other things) in your goals, readiness to change, and the 鈥�
