I am a Person-Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist and I view the world and our experiences of life through a caring, philosophical and empathic understanding. I offer an honest and open approach towards our sessions. My own life experiences help me ha鈥�

Growing up in families where we were frequently ridiculed, criticised, ignored, or invalidated can have a profound and lasting impact on how we feel about ourselves, insidiously chipping away at our sense of self and self-worth. Over time, deep-roote鈥�

I am a person-centred counsellor and I aim to provide you with a calm, quiet space where you are in control of what you want to talk about and how deep you go. I will be there to listen, guide and support you but I am not there to tell you what to do鈥�

鈥淢ost men lead lives of quiet desperation and die with their song still inside them鈥� Perhaps Thoreau's quote isn't 100% accurate but does capture something which is backed by research. Namely, whilst men don鈥檛 suffer more psychological disorders tha鈥�

My name is Linda and I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, which means I use different models of counselling (including Person Centred Counselling and CBT), based in Leamington Spa.  I  offer a confidential, safe, non-judgemental space to work alo鈥�
