Welcome and thanks for looking. I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor, working with indivduals and couples.  I can help you with things such as anxiety, relationship issues, low mood, abuse, addictions, loss, life purpose, dep鈥�

I help my clients to deal with the issues they are experiencing and make lasting changes in their life. My hope is to create a place where you know anything you share will be welcomed so you feel fully supported to have difficult conversations and ar鈥�

By drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, I hope to offer you an insight into how you may begin to feel more at ease with yourself and the relationships you have with those around you. With support and guidance, it may be possible to become mo鈥�
