Hello and a warm welcome, I'm Diane, I am a friendly, qualified and registered Integrative Counsellor.  My aim is to provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, in which a trusting relationship can be built.  For me, the heart of鈥�

I have an MA in Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice, a BSc (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling as well as the Higher Professional Diploma.  I also have a Diploma in Supervision of Individuals & Groups (Level 7 Distinction) and work with therapi鈥�

I specialise in working with Neurodivergent clients, e.g., those with conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and Neuro-affirming. I have over 4 years of experience working with anxiety, depression鈥�

I am a person centred counsellor with a good deal of post qualification experience and training. I trained as a counsellor to gain a deeper understanding of the problems that people were approaching me with when I worked in frontline services. I qual鈥�

I am a trauma-informed Integrative Counsellor and EMDR therapist. I can provide you with a safe, compassionate space to offload and make sense of difficult feelings, thoughts or behavioural patterns you might be noticing in yourself or your relations鈥�

I am an accredited counsellor with over 5 years of experience supporting a diverse range of clients of all ages, with issues that include (but not limited to), anxiety, depression, panic disorder, bereavement (including bereavement by suicide), ident鈥�

I qualified as a Counsellor in 2000, training in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, grounded in a Person Centred approach. I work with adult men and women of all ages and many cultural backgrounds. Currently employed by a local Counselling service, 鈥�
