One to one individual therapeutic sessions using transactional analysis and psychodynamic theoretical base. Mindfulness also used as a support for internal balance where anxiety management needed.  I offer short term counselling 6 to 10 sessions or o鈥�

I offer clients a safe place to talk about problems or difficult feelings which are disrupting their lives and emotional well-being. I help clients explore the roots of their issue and become more self-aware. I tailor my sessions to suit each individ鈥�
