Welcome to my profile.  Thank you for taking the time to spend a few minutes to see what support I can offer you through this time in your life. The approach of counselling I practice is called Person-Centred counselling, which is a non-directive app鈥�

My practice is Person-Centred Counselling. I place you at the centre of the process. I talk with individuals and couples to help them, if they wish, to open up about their concerns, face their demons, consider doing things differently and to heal emo鈥�

Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed or anxious? I work with individuals to help them achieve lasting stress relief, feel more at peace and less overwhelmed. Together, we鈥檒l navigate a way forward that feels right for you. We all face challenges in life鈥�

Life can be challenging. We all experience periods of struggle in our lives, where our normal coping mechanisms aren't working; where we may feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed or in despair, or where our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are negatively im鈥�

I realise, from my own personal journey, that it can be daunting to reach out and accept counselling assistance. This experience has led me to establish a warm, safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment that provides a space to explore your 鈥�

I am an integrative therapist, trained in a broad range of therapeutic skills and techniques that can help to meet your needs. I work on the understanding that as humans we seek close and trustworthy relationships, while also craving a sense of auton鈥�

I'm Victoria, an Integrative Counsellor/ Arts Counsellor based at Hylands Artist Studios in Chelmsford. I have been supporting both children and adults through their personal challenges. My role is to guide and empower you, helping you gain deeper se鈥�
